On the 26/8/26 I ordered the Brow Pro product which cost $14.37, but when I looked at my account, they charged me this amount plus $69.29 plus another $12.98, I emailed them straight away to ask why and they said I had ordered other products, but I want to say that whilst placing my order these pop ups came up asking did I want this and I pressed no on two attempts but it has now charged me an extra $82.27. They replied to my email saying that they are only prepared to give me a 25% discount off the so called product I was suppose to order, I want to be refunded this amount because I feel it is a real problem with their website, I have read reviews and alit of other people complaining about the same thing as well
