Absolutely terrible shipping…
Absolutely terrible shipping experience. My package has been stuck in customs for over two weeks, and I have been waiting approximately a month for my order to arrive. I’ve tried contacting ECMS multiple times through email and phone, but I either received no response or couldn’t get any useful information about where my package actually is or what is causing the delay. The seller told me to contact ECMS, but despite multiple attempts, I still haven’t received a proper explanation or solution. I paid a significant amount for this order and expected a reasonable delivery service. Instead, I’ve spent weeks chasing the carrier just to find out what’s happening with my own package. Extremely disappointing experience. I genuinely don’t recommend ECMS and will avoid using them again if I have a choice.
