Welcome discount code doesn’t apply to most things
Tried to order from them after seeing a 10% welcome discount for new customers. The code they email you when you sign up with your email address doesn’t say about any limitations, so we went through the order process online. The code didn’t work, so we emailed RDX for help. They then told us the code doesn’t work for anything heavy, or a lot of other things by the sound of it (their email below). Be aware when ordering or wasting time trying to order as a new customer as most of what they sell is heavy, outside of smaller items such as gloves. They should make this clear rather than pretending to discount everything in order to get your email address for marketing. “We sincerely apologise for the confusion regarding the 10% welcome discount code.
