Quality product - just need to work on communication
The bed is stunning! Very well made and matches the online photos and description nicely. I am disappointed by the lack of communication. The bed was delayed several weeks and arrived much later than expected. I was never notified the bed was arriving late - I had to reach out to customer support and ask about a status update. I don’t mind that it was delayed - I would rather it take longer to make and get a quality product. I just wish there was better communication throughout the process. The delivery team said the bed was quick and easy to assemble. That made their job easy - everyone was happy!
