Buyers Beware of Purchases from this Company
Buyers - please beware of Taylor & Francis. I do NOT recommend them because they are not customer oriented, they are not effective in order delivery, and they will not reimburse you if the post office misdelivers the order. I have spent recent valuable time trying to get refunded for an order (or a merchant credit), but they are stubborn and will not accept responsibility for a misdelivered order. I am going to share my experience with other professionals with whom I work and interact (including at the university level), and I will give them the objective truth about T&F. Do not trust them because they will not honor their commitment to effectively deliver the order to you.
