Don't buy this defective product
I got a 3d printer, Neptune 4 Plus, as my first purchase. During 4 months of use, the problems keep coming endlessly from its software and hardware. The customer service is only giving a circular guide, not even solving the problem. I've been using the oldest 3d printer, like Anet A8 and Ender 3, before. But in this modern day, Elegoo still sells shit like this? Come on.
