Made a purchase 30th of June. I was aware it may take some time to arrive which i was ok with. The tracking was not shown for quite some time. About a month later a tracking number was given and it was listed as being in Australia. I monitored it as it apparently went through customs and travelled to my home state where it was listed 'out for delivery' for 3 days As i have closed up front yard and no signs of attempted deliveries.I attempted to contact what I thought to be the courier 'suhu express' which is done only through whatsapp and only via chat (calls are disabled) . After attempted communication with 'Real humans' and dragged out replies. This idea is to clearly drag this process out long enough that you cant get a refund. if your considering buying from them , Don't! if your going through this crap , leave a review like this to make it known to others and get onto your bank for a refund through chargeback before its dragged out long enough that you no longer can.
