First, as a Canadian, I was concerned about crossing borders and sought out a good Canadian authored website. Unimpressed. Then I looked at Lulu based on the fact that you have grown to the extent that you can utilize printers around the world. Your website is well-written and (so far) not infested with overdone marketing A.I. It was very helpful for a newbie like myself to create a book quickly with minimal effort at the publishing end. Finally, I was gobsmacked at the speed with which the order arrived, conforming to my own business ethic of under-promising and over-delivering.
