I had a great experience with their representative with Gordia. It was helpful when I could not figure out how to transfer my ticket to a friend, due to illness. I use TodayTix quite often to buy tickets and it is refreshing to know that I can get the support and services for this ticket and future issues. I will continue using them and suggest friends and family to use them too! Everyone likes great customer service and they have proved to be great!
