UPDATE: Fraudulent duplicate charge of €549.67 and terrible support! I am updating this review because Hellcase continues to show terrible customer service. Over 6 different agents have handled my tickets, and none have resolved anything. CURRENT PROBLEM: On September 2nd, 2026, their system charged my Revolut card twice for €549.67 each. I provided full, settled bank statements proving both transactions went through. Support agent John and others keep delaying me for 12 days with automated replies. If this €549.67 is not credited directly to my Hellcase wallet balance within 48 hours, I will initiate a formal chargeback through Revolut immediately. 👉 Current Ticket Number: [#591244] PREVIOUS PROBLEM: I am deeply disappointed by a past issue where I won skins on the site, but due to a trade hold issue and a cancellation, the skins were completely lost becausen Hellcase refused to take any responsibility. 👉 Previous Ticket Number: #590338 Fix my balance now or face a bank dispute!
