Exceptional Customer Service
I had a few questions about an order I placed and I needed help in resolving my concerns. DermaDream responded immediately to me and ultimately I was contacted by one of their staff named Aiman. Aiman was wonderful. He offered several solutions to my inquiry and was only interested in me and my needs. The customer service with Aiman was extraordinary and I don't believe I've ever dealt with anyone else, or any other company online that has been this accessible, courteous, and concerned with customer satisfaction.
