I wrote a email and never got a reply for the return information needed to send hearing aids for a refund so I decided to give them a call. After calling and waiting for OVER an hour on Nebroo phone number, They actually hung up the phone. Service is the worst. BE ADVISED DOCUMENT EVERYTHING>
