I have been with Smith.ai for nearly seven years, and they have become an important part of how we run our law firm. They answer our phones during the day, handle overflow when our staff is busy, and cover calls after hours and on weekends. The biggest benefit for me is knowing that we don't have to miss a potential client just because everyone in the office is tied up or the call comes in after we have gone home. Their receptionists are professional, friendly, and do a great job representing our firm.
