Ordered an item on 14 Jul
Ordered an item on 14 Jul, and there has been no change on status from them regarding my order, just the typical lip service emails about shipping delay and that my item is in the next batch to be shipping. Trying to get a fund but they most likely won't do it. Do not buy from this brand at all. Not very professional
