My daughter had lost her glasses while on vacation and I ordered a pair, as we would still be there for a week. we had a very hard time with the fast delivery, due to bad weather conditions and mix up in shipping address. They attempted to correct it quickly, however the delivery was missed because I was home already. I wanted to cancel the order, but they couldn't. So instead they made another pair and sent to my home. Overall customer service was very helpful during a frustrating time and the glasses were a little cheap but my daughter really liked which was great.
