⭐ 1/5 Honestly, I am extremely stressed and disappointed with redBus. I had a Delhi–Ahmedabad bus booked for ₹2,500. Due to an emergency, I informed the bus operator at around 3:30 PM, before my 4:50 PM departure. Still, redBus keeps calling me repeatedly just to say, “Ma’am, we cannot do anything.” If you cannot do anything, then WHY do you keep calling me? After all this stress and repeated conversations, you are offering only ₹300 out of ₹2,500 as an exception? Seriously? I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for a fair resolution considering that I informed the operator before departure. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and mentally exhausting. I genuinely hope redBus reviews this case properly. If this is how customers are treated during emergencies, I will have no choice but to raise the complete matter on social media and consumer review platforms.
