Extremely Disappointing Experience I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience. I ordered a dress that looked beautiful in their advertised photos, but the dress I received was very different. The color was off, the quality was poor, and the stitching around almost the entire dress was loose and coming apart. It did not look or feel like the quality of the dress shown in the photos. I contacted the company and followed their return/refund instructions, including providing detailed photos of the problems. After days of going back and forth, they suggested that I cut off the loose threads myself, which could potentially cause further damage to the dress. I paid approximately $100 for the dress, yet they initially offered only a $25 refund. After continuing to communicate with them, the most they offered was $40, or I could return the dress to China at my own expense, with return shipping costing more than $35. This was an extremely frustrating experience. I expected to receive a dress that matched the photos and was properly constructed. Instead, I received a poorly finished garment and then had difficulty obtaining a reasonable resolution. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company. I would not purchase from them again.
