I’ve had the worst experience with this…
I’ve had the worst experience with this company! It took months to get my couch, and when they said they were delivering it, I had my old couch removed just for them to delay delivery for 2 more months with zero communication. Drivers were supposed to call with a 30 minutes heads up to deliver, they called at my door and then were very rude to me because they had to wait for me. And then, within a year, the leather is peeling. The couch is inside, no exposure to sun, or harsh chemicals, or anything. I even purchased the 5 year warranty and they will not replace or fix the damage. The couch is less than a year old and it looks like it’s 10 years old. I do not have children or animals wrecking havoc either. Very poor quality and zero customer service or care. I will NEVER give this company my business
