He was very polite and I believe he was trying to be helpful but when we asked him how far the hotel was from The Waterview in Monroe Connecticut he said 6 miles and it is 25.5 miles. We want to cancel this reservation and also get the 20 dollars back for the reservation protection in addition to the hotel expense
