When I placed my order I used my e-gift code of $25 that wasn’t applied during my check out. but apparently there was some technical difficulties on the website that caused my order to be delayed by weeks. To the point that I felt like I was being scammed. Only to then be charged full price and no discount applied. Super annoying and when I contacted customer service I was pretty much told to bad. I sent back my last order yesterday which cost $22.70 out of pocket they do not offer any unless you are doing an exchange. I went to place a new order but when I go to try and use my E-Gift code it shows “code already redeemed” which IS NOT TRUE. I’ve updated customer service of this issue and have had no reply.
