Purchased a delsey suticase the top handle of the suitcase disintegrate after 3 years.I contacted customer support and they told me it was out of warranty and they would not replace the handle. I HAVE OTHER SUITCASES THAT ARE 10 YEARS OLD WELL AND USED WITH OUT ANY ISSUES.CONSIDER OTHER OPTIONS BEFOFR YOU PURCHASE A DELSEY PRODUCT ,SAMSONITE IS A VERY GOOD PRODUCT
