I’m very happy with my experience with Tesery. The NovaPads mattress has been a great addition to my Tesla Model Y and worked really well during my road trip across Europe. When I contacted Tesery about a small issue, their customer service responded quickly and handled everything perfectly. The communication was friendly, professional and the solution was arranged incredibly fast. It’s great to see a company that really takes care of its customers even after the purchase. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall. Highly recommended!
