Very bad customer service!!!
Very bad customer service!!!! It is almost impossible to reach RedCoach in case of requesting additional information urgently!! Not on whatsapp, not with sms, not on facebook, on nothing. When calling some automated system keeps you 10 minutes on the line to tell you it will hang up!!! Also we've been downgraded from first class to economy without any notice plus they kept the difference in pay. The departure time was pushed back a whole 2 hours and still they finally departed 3 hours later. The trip itself was great but still RedCoach deserves a minus 5 star.
