terrible truly. I waited over a month for a response about my refund. I had to pay shipping to return my package just to exchange it for a different size , was charged more than what I was JUST refunded. I was also charged for my exchange before even being messaged back about my refund. Terrible communication and customer service. I will stick with Figs only from now on, never disappointed me.
