I ordered on 3 August and it’s now 31st…
I ordered on 3 August and it’s now 31st August and I’ve just been told it’s still not left the factory. It’s not arriving in time for event and all I’m offered is 10%, this is ridiculous. There was no update anywhere to say it was taking so long and I had to contact them via e mail. I guess I’m even lucky to get a reply. Don’t use this site, waste of money
