Worst Remit app in Market

This is the worst company that doesn't respect its clients. I made a payment from my bank; however, after the payment, it says "payment timeout." After 5 hours, I got a message saying the payment was completed, but I didn't make the payment myself, even though I regularly use the same account for previous transactions. And most interestingly, there's an option to contact customer support, and when I press it, I can reach support; some chatbots give nonsense answers. Instead of solving problems, it's giving more torture to customers. Now I am in a phase where neither can I contact customer support nor can I cancel my transaction. I don't know if I got scammed or not, since I don't know what the next step is. I've tried everything to contact support, but I'm still unable to resolve my issue. I WILL SAY IF YOU WANT PAID TOURTURE AND TENSON YOU CAN USE PANDA REMIT. OTHERWISE, use another trusted remit that offers better support if you have any issues. EVEN THEY OFFER LESS EXCHANGE RATE.
