Excellent customer service from Delugs.
Excellent customer service from Delugs. I contacted the team regarding order #187228 because the person receiving the package in the US would only be there for a short time before returning to Turkey. They responded very quickly, checked the available shipping options, and kindly arranged for my order to be included in the earliest possible shipment. The communication was fast, clear, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. This level of support makes a real difference, especially when timing is important. Very pleased with the service and looking forward to receiving the straps. Highly recommended.
