Horrible customer service!
All I asked for was a simple invoice. Somehow, this has required nearly a dozen emails, with the same information being requested over and over again, while they continue to pretend they do not understand what I am asking for. At this point, I genuinely cannot tell whether they are incapable of understanding a very simple request or just hoping I will eventually give up. Either way, it is an impressive level of incompetence. I cannot imagine having an actual issue with my device and then having to deal with this customer service team again. Frankly, after this experience, I would rather throw the device in the bin than contact them for support. They have managed to make such a ridiculously simple request so unnecessarily frustrating that I will definitely never purchase anything from this company again.
