Definitely Ordering Again!
My experience with LLELLA was nothing short of outstanding. I ordered a dress online and I was between sizes. I reached out to the company to ask about sizing, received a reply from Kelly very quickly and she was very helpful and polite and VERY PATIENT WITH ME. I ended up going with the smaller size because I was under the impression the dress was very loose and flowy. It was not, it was a fitted dress with an overlay of pleated fabric that made it look like it was flowy from the bust down. This was entirely my fault for ordering the wrong size. I contacted Kelly again who offered to not only make me another dress custom sized to fit me, but to also expedite the shipping for me as I was leaving for an out of town wedding. The dress arrived one week later, fit beautifully and I was very happy and got lots of compliments. My experience might be different from others but I would order from them again based off of Kelly's professionalism, her patience and how nice she was. Aside from that, the quality and craftsmanship of the dress exceeded my expectations. I do a lot of sewing but didn't have the time to make anything so I ordered from here. What arrived was a beautiful dress with an underlay, a foundation, boning and two layers of lining plus a narrow hem and it was all sewn together perfectly. Top notch work in my opinion. I hope this puts some apprehensions to rest, this was a great overall experience for me. Definitely ordering again.
