No customer support at all
Rotimatic Next worked for a few weeks, but then the water dispenser started leaking water. I reached out to them via the support chat in the app and multiple emails, but got no response. I managed to get in touch with one customer service associate, who asked me to schedule a virtual appointment for troubleshooting, but they never showed up to it. So the product basically doesn't work and the company does not care. I do not recommend purchasing from Rotimatic.
