Great customer service
I had a return to sort out for one of my clients, and Allen made what could've been a headache completely painless. He stayed on top of every step, waived the restocking fee to help me out, and got the refund processed quickly once the item arrived. Great communication and genuinely kind throughout. I'd happily source from Coleman again thanks to him.
