Got charged $1,200 for a system when i moved homes. I was told they wouldn't charge me anything to move homes. I even offered to bring my equipment with me and they said don;t worry about it, the new equipment doesn't cost anything because you are still paying for services. Beware of what they are charging you before you sign anything.
