Oh man… This was BRUTAL
Oh man… The cameras and system are okay. Customer service? Horrible. Took me 5 different phone calls to get my service canceled. When I did, they told me I still keep my service for 30 days!!! I moved and had access to SOMEONE ELSES HOME SECURITY SYSTEM FOR 30 days!!! Ridiculous. Then, they have the balls to try and charge me for the additional 30 days after taking up 2 hours of my time dealing with their incompetencies?? Request a manager call me back multiple times and never got a call. Horrible and will NEVER recommend or use them again
