Excellent service and great communication
I was initially a little concerned about having a meeting in English, but Elena made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. She was extremely clear, patient, and easy to communicate with. She answered all my questions and made me feel very confident about my decision. Committing to a 12-month plan and paying the full amount upfront can naturally feel a little nerve-racking, but Elena gave me the reassurance I needed.
