GREAT LIVE PERSON - SALMA
A BOT made a BIG mess of my reservations TWICE and until I got SALMA and asked her if she was a real live PERSON — my problem could not be fixed. Salma took her time and unraveled the entire mess made by BOTS! Thank you Salma - excellent patient customer service!!!
