Ordered 3 items mid August- got no confirmation **my card was charged immediately though** --there was a note on my account stating "temporary order number emailed soon- system outage" I never got that...Sketchy, so I asked the chat bot for an order number- it gave a "temporary order number" which doesn't work, its completely useless and you cannot look up tracking, the system says its invalid...emailed their customer service- no reply. I attempted to do the chat bot again with no answer ever (bot said my wait was going to be 10 min- I waited 30+ and no one answered) I will be calling my bank and getting my money back. *Reddit has a thread and there's tons of people complaining they never got their order even from June..DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE
