I would give 0 stars if I could but 1 is the least that's technically possible. Horrible service. The bus was 6 hours delayed and they were onboarded random passengers and stopping for hours without any communication with the AC switched off for prolonged periods in the AC Bus. The food/washroom stops were horrible and there was no apology or compensation provided despite the massive delay. Absolutely horrible, please save your time and money and book the ticket somewhere else with a different bus operator.
