Bad service!!
Terrible customer service – cancellation keeps being delayed Very disappointing experience. I contacted customer service several times to clearly state that I want to cancel my order and receive a full refund. Instead of simply processing my cancellation, they keep delaying the process and sending me back and forth. I have made it absolutely clear that I do not want the order to be shipped, yet getting a straightforward confirmation of cancellation and refund has been extremely difficult. Communication is slow and frustrating. I just want my order cancelled and my money refunded. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this store.
