This review is for Yuki Liu, the Lymow customer service agent that has been helping us. We had skepticism starting with this company, as we have read mixed reviews, and this company being a new company, there are bound to be kinks and loose ends that need worked out as they fine tune there product. We also were very happy with the previous company we had, and their excellent customer service, but we wanted a more robust mower with tracts and real mower blades. To make a long review shorter, we did have lots of problems we had to work out when we switched to this mower, however, and customer service was extremely difficult to get in touch with and hear back from at first, but once we got connected with Yuki Liu, she has been exceptional and dedicated to helping us, and she has stayed by our side and helped us find a workable solution to each obstacle we have ran into. Yuki as turned our originally bad experience, into a great experience with this company, and we really value when a company values their employees, and we can tell that Yuki really cares about helping us. Originally, we where ready to give up on the company, but because of Yuki’s extraordinary help she has provided, we now are committed to continuing with this company, and can truthfully recommend it to friends and family. Thank you Yuki for your help and dedication, and we look forward to continuing using this mower, as well as future product releases!
