I paid, they never delivered, no money back, no answer.
I ordered a fold out butterfly house from Europa. Before i paid for house and shipping they promised delivery on site. After i paid they said they would deliver to a french port and i had to take care of transport and customs. Turns out the house does not confirm to regulations and cannot pass through customs. I asked my money back and they do not answer my messages anymore. Legal action is impossible. I lost all my money. Even with Ali baba customer guarantee and insurance. When you buy something in china, you are Lucky if it gets delivered. Next time i will go to a casino.
