Ist and last order, product quality control is non existent as is their customer service, if your product is faulty they try & deny you a refund, force you to go to consumer affairs or offer you part refund, leaving customers out of pocket. I strongly recommend never purchasing anything from this company Temu is way better & easier to deal with, plus they're products,prices, returns & free shipping top notch, compared to costume box, more like con box This has been my experience dealing with your horrid, customer service department trying to get a refund on your falsely advertised defective product, causing me to go to consumer affairs for you to return my money, you really don't want me to copy & paste what options I was offered leaving me out of pocket $ wise and without an outfit. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY You will receive defective product, lose money & your time, trying to get them to abide by consumer law
