No customer service at all.
I placed my order on the 6th of August and it's now been over a month and my goods, according to the tracking order tell me that my goods are yet to be shipped. I have been unable to speak with a real person and their AI responses to my question as to how much longer will I have to wait is 'they don't have those details available to them'...... I just hope the tables and chairs that I ordered are worth it because I'll never be dealing with them again.
