I am extremely disappointed with my Starline Bus journey. My ticket was booked for Chikhli to Ahmedabad on 09/09/2026, with a scheduled departure time of 2:30 AM from Kodiyar Katiywadi Dhaba. I reached the pickup point on time with my wife and small child, but the bus did not arrive at the mentioned pickup point. I continued waiting, and even at approximately 3:20 AM, there was no proper pickup or clear information. Travelling with a small child and wife at this late hour made the situation extremely stressful and unsafe. If the bus was delayed or the pickup location had changed, I should have been informed clearly in advance.
