The busvwas delayed by 3 hours yet redbus was not bothered to indorm us they said we will call u but nver called even once. Multiple times i called redbus for drivers information but they couldn't provide I missed my train inspite of telling the driver i have a train to board he always reply yes we will reach in a very rude way Disgusting service . Please do not use this app or platform
