Won a knife worth ~$254, then an unauthorized "Exchange" appeared in my account history converting it to a different item — an action I never performed. Immediately after completing KYC verification (not before), I was contacted by a scammer impersonating Hellcase staff. I filed a formal complaint (Ticket #592144) with a detailed timeline and specific questions about who accessed my account. After multiple exchanges, support has repeatedly failed to answer the core question: what account or session performed that Exchange. Be very cautious with KYC verification and withdrawals on this platform.
