Impossible to return dress arrived stained
I ordered a pale pink dress. It arrived stained across the chest. I already sent photos of the stained dress and asked for a prepaid return label. They keep telling me I will have to pay $35-45 in return shipping. The company refuses to pay return shipping or even guarantee a refund. They sent me complicated return instructions and no return label after a week of arguing and they require that I find a shipper and complete customs forms.
