BEWARE! Alibaba is the problem not the manufacturers
After a few successful purchases I ran into trouble with a manufacturer and discovered that Alibaba will not help with trade disputes no matter how much evidence you submit to prove contract breeches. They will not honor their 30 day money back guarantee. They serve the interests of the Chinese companies. They will only communicate with Americans via the trade dispute section but will have side conversations with the Chinese companies and will actively work with those companies to avoid making any refunds. My 5/9/26 order of $1062.00 is still incomplete and still can not get a refund as of 9/10/26. Despite a 30 day guarantee, they allowed the seller to ship out product on 8/10/26 After a cancellation request submitted on 7/28/26.
