Excellent service
Booked a 10 day tour of Beijing, Xi'an and Shanghai and had a wonderful time. Our travel agent Karen was kind, professional, quick to respond and very thorough in answering all our questions and concerns. Our local guides (Neil, Kim, Jenny and Jan) were all wonderful, informative, welcoming and were able to give great recommendations for additional activities outside our itinerary. Our one complaint was that the hotel quality seemed to vary. Our hotel in Shanghai, while having the largest room, was old and outdated and had a subpar breakfast buffet. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely want to book another tour with Asia Odyssey Travel.
