Delayed services and bad attitude
This is not the first time I have dealt with bad services from MooGold, but since they are cheaper, I kept giving them chances. Previously I made an order and chase for it after hours, but only then I was told the service was down. I ask for a refund, and they told me that I could only refund to MooGold wallet instead of what is written in their Refund Policy, which is refund to the payment method. This is purposely misleading and somewhat scam to me. Then I give them another chance by ordering around 5.30pm, but it is 2.30am now and the order is still not fulfilled. I hate that they are not transparent, when the service is down, they still take in orders. This is messed up and shouldn't be tolerated
