They are a Fraud
They are a Fraud. I have been trying to contact them for 6 months. I was able to connect with the support team after 1.5 months but she couldn’t fix the problem. Even though I know it’s a software issue but she insisted to buy a new flour container and try it first. I ordered the flour container which was suppose to arrive in 2-4 weeks and it’s been now 4 months but it’s not shipped. Tried several times contacting the support team but there is no response. No wonder they don’t have reviews on their website or app, otherwise they won’t sell a single product…
